2001-Fire and Rain by James Taylor
Androscoggin
What a great place to be.
Eight weeks of heaven with a new family.
Nervous at first, but now I never felt so free,
Just looking back on all those memories.
Oh, how fast the weeks come and go.
We've seen summer days that we wished would never end.
Never alone we have always had a friend.
Ol' CA our hearts will stay here 'till the end.
Embedded in our soles,
Is that Androscoggin Pride.
Throughout our lives we keep it as a guide.
Our hearts are aching and our eyes fill with tears.
(All but Lodge)
We can't wait to come back another year.
Oh, how fast the weeks come and go.
We've seen summer days that we wished would never end.
Never alone we have always had a friend.
Ol' CA our hearts will stay here 'till the end.
Winter comes in with a heavy sigh.
We long for the summer sun.
Each picture in the yearbook holds a special memory.
(Lodge)
Well our hours of time are winding down
At our home away from home.
We've made life long friends on this sacred Andro ground.
(All)
Oh, how fast the weeks come and go.
We've seen summer days that we wished would never end.
Never alone we have always had a friend.
(Lodge)
But we always hoped that we'd see you, Andro, one more time again.
